Chair Aerobics

Fitness for all ages using a chair for support but catered for your individual capability.  With a fun interactive atmosphere, students will strengthen their core, increase mobility, and improve overall health.  Class is taught my Brandon Smith a friendly, energetic person who has years of expertise.  Come join this class, move to the music, and have a blast.
