Join us for a FREE Women's Self-Defense Class, presented by I-Kick Martial Arts, led by instructor Brooke Harrington.
This class will teach valuable self-defense techniques and situational awareness to help you "Make it Home Safe" during the busy holiday season. With late-night shopping, travel, and everyday life in mind, this class is designed to give you the confidence and skills to stay safe.
The class will be held on Thursday, December 5th, with two session options: 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, or 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Please make sure to wear comfortable attire and gym shoes!
