Martial Arts Camp for beginners (ages 5 - 14) is a fun, supportive environment where kids learn the basics of martial arts. It focuses on building confidence, developing physical skills, and learning what Martial Arts is. This is a skills base camp that will focus on the development of balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. And it’s a fun way to see what the sport of Martial Arts is!
