Join us for a special dinner celebrating The Rec’s 2nd Anniversary and the exciting new direction ahead for the Connection Center!
Guests will enjoy a multi-course tasting menu featuring a progression of Nikkei flavors:
- Tiradito Nikkei (thin sliced tuna with signature sauce)
- Mini Causa Limeña (potato, chicken, avocado)
- Lomo Saltado Gyoza (fusion dumpling)
- Ají de Gallina (classic Peruvian dish, plated individually)
