About the event
Join us for our free open house event on March 28th from 1-3 PM! Bring family and friends for fun activities at The Rec, all packed in one day! We will have free fitness classes and other activities to get a taste of what you, your friends, and family can get involved in at The Rec.
Activities:
Gold Coin Relay & Shamrock Toss
Basketball (Slam-ball) & Free-throw Contest/Horse
Chair Aerobics Demo 1:30-2 PM
Line Dancing Demo 2-2:30 PM
