Stars & Stripes 5K Run/Walk
Come dressed in Stars & Stripes ready to traverse a unique 5K race on the KVMS cross-country course, which has a variety of elevations, woods, grass, & paved terrain.

About the event
The 5K is for runners and walkers on a beautiful course that goes around a large pond; however the 1 mile race is only for walkers and will be held on the KVMS Track (4 laps around). Make sure when registering you select the correct type of race and distance.
There will be electronic timing for all participants of the 5K (Runners and Walkers) along with awards. The Runners will be divided into divisions by gender and age, while the 5K walkers and 1-Mile walkers will not be divided into divisions.
Proceeds of the Stars & Stripes 5K will go to help The Connection Center with various programs and services we offer to the community.
Race day Registration opens at 7:15 AM
Pre-Registration pickup opens at 7:30AM
5K Race starting time is 9:00 AM 1 Mile Walk Race Starting time is 9:30 AM
If you do not want to participate, but would like to be a part of this fun, patriotic race, we are always looking for volunteers to help with this race.
