About the event
Join us for a fun and supportive club designed by Bridget Reeb to help you build stamina, increase strength, and work your way up to completing a 5k or improving your 5k times.
Each class includes:
30 minutes of Cardio: Choose between running or power walking at your own pace.
15 minutes of Strength Training: Bodyweight exercises to help improve overall strength and endurance.
