About the event
Brooke Harrington from iKick DeMotte is offering another set of FREE Women's Self-Defense Classes at The Connection Center!
Ages 13+, this class will go over self-defense techniques and situational awareness to help you "Make it Home Safe". With everyday life in mind, this class is designed to give you the confidence and skills to stay safe.
The class will be held on Thursday, October 1st, at 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM.
Please make sure to wear comfortable attire and gym shoes!
