Free Guest Pass Cards - Coming in 2026

We’ve been working hard to add even more value to memberships at The Rec, and we’re excited to introduce our new Membership Guest Card! Members will receive a set number of complimentary guest passes that can be used for anyone they choose, as long as the member is present.

Amounts vary per membership*:

• 1 punch per month for single memberships (single adult, young adult, single senior, etc).

• 2 punches per month for couple and family memberships

*Punches do not carry over each month.

We hope that this will allow more to experience what The Rec has to offer, giving an opportunity to more people!

How do I obtain my Guest Pass Card?

Beginning January 2nd, active members can receive their Membership Guest Card during their next visit to The Rec. Simply stop by the front desk and check in so your information can be entered into the system. New memberships purchased on or after January 2nd will receive a card the same day, while supplies last. Accounts with failed or past-due payments will not receive a card until their balance is paid in full.

Memberships that were received for free outside of giveaways will not receive a card for guest passes.

How do I use a Guest Pass Card?

The Guest Pass Card must be physically present and used by the correct membership holder. To use a guest pass, both the cardholder and the guest must have separate accounts in our system (unless they live in the same household). If the guest is under 18, they must already have an account on file or be accompanied by a parent or guardian to create one. Guests 18 and older may create an account at the front desk if they do not already have one. Each time a guest pass is used, the card will be punched to indicate redemption.
